Muddy Warriors is an outdoor training program and we designed it to empower people to become stronger both mentally and physically so that they can believe in their abilities and conquer their fears while getting physically fit.

Our workouts are centered around total fitness and are a combination of cardio and strength oriented exercises, using your body weight, natural obstacles, creative props and are set in tough natural terrain. It is our mission to get our clients fit and ready to conquer some of the toughest mud and obstacle races in the world. Our program is designed for people of different fitness levels and we work with all participants to suit their personal needs in order to accomplish their goals. All workouts take place outdoors, are dynamic, challenging and unique.
